We offer a unique program in North America where the whole family can visit us for off road rider training. In addition to our BMW’s, we have a whole fleet of smaller trail motorcycles, mini-bikes and ATVs. All ages and experience (novice to expert) levels are welcome. We provide the full riding gear, the vehicle, the professional instruction and a fantastic place to train and trail ride. Please note, the BMW 2-day program is a separate group from our regular programs, you will not be able to ride with other groups in the dirtbike/ATV program.
Our instructors are certified BMW Motorrad GS instructors. Our patient and very experienced off road instructors can help you regardless of your off road riding experience. 2-Day BMW GS Off Road Training and Details:
The cost of the course includes two days of professional instruction, access to beautiful off-road riding trails, and the usage of a BMW GS 750, 850, or 1250. All of our BMW GS are outfitted with crash guard protection and serve as the perfect training bike for our BMW 2-Day course.
All students of the course must be at least 25 years of age and have a minimum of a M2 motorcycle license with a full M preferred. We reserve the right to qualify your riding skills and suggest more training before taking the 2-Day course. One of the best options to build rider skill and confidence is through our One-Day Dualsport program. Participants will ride our smaller dirtbike in the morning session and then one of our BMW GS in the afternoon. The One-Day Dualsport course helps prepare riders for the world of adventure riding and can be a great training course taken prior to enlisting in our 2-Day BMW course.
Accommodations: We are located at beautiful Horseshoe Resort just north of Barrie, Ontario. Family and friends: Motorcycling is always more fun when you include others! We have rider training for the whole family (children as young as six years of age www.smartadventures.ca) Students are in small groups with others of similar age and riding experience.
